Service Description

Communication Certification Workshop 1: Communication Program Design-Engaging the Public on Climate Change and Sustainable Living Students will explore factual and emotional cues that can be used to discuss climate change and drive behavior change. Students will craft an engagement program for their communities. Customer Service Communication Workshop 2: Role Playing as Marketing Consultants-Being Truthful in Customer Marketing and The Art of Storytelling Students will role play as marketing consultants to explore truth in marketing to customers to share how products have been designed for sustainability (including commonly used labels on products). Students will consider the art of storytelling in engaging customers at the point of sales.

Cancellation Policy

SHSM certification workshops can be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled event. SHSM SPEs can also be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop as per the booking venue policy. Any deposits and fees to be paid/returned will be determined as per the venue policy for the SPEs. Where possible, a credit may be provided and the event rescheduled. Any changes to the number of students attending the certification workshop or SPE must be made up to 14 days before the scheduled event.
