Service Description

Workshop 1: Sourcing Funding-Writing Grants for Climate Action Students will write a grant application to support school or community based activities focused on climate action. Workshop 2: Project Management-Planning for a Community-Based Sustainability Fair Students will plan a mini community-based sustainability fair to be hosted at their school including planning workshops, exhibits and marketing to community members.

Cancellation Policy

SHSM certification workshops can be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled event. SHSM SPEs can also be cancelled up to 14 days before the scheduled workshop as per the booking venue policy. Any deposits and fees to be paid/returned will be determined as per the venue policy for the SPEs. Where possible, a credit may be provided and the event rescheduled. Any changes to the number of students attending the certification workshop or SPE must be made up to 14 days before the scheduled event.
